Hi everyone,

There has been a strong debate for some time now as to whether or not fantasy football is a distraction in the workplace. But is there really any validity behind the bias?

The emerging trend began in the early 2000′s and has really skyrocketed since that time. But to what extent have fantasy football games really affected productivity in the workplace or elsewhere? Has it been the foe that so many have made it out to be? Not so fast.

Through our committment to thought leadership in the fantasy sports industry, Fantazzle Fantasy Games has created a white paper that compiles all of the facts and figures that provide evidence against a common misconception that fantasy football has been a boon to the U.S. economy. The white paper details the net effects of fantasy sports, specifically fantasy football. After a thorough examination of reports from around the fantasy sports industry, Fantazzle has concluded that fantasy football has never been a drag in the workplace, but rather served as beneficial to the workplace atmosphere.

Not only does it build friendship, but it also provides for increased employee loyalty, and therefore can be used as a fun team-building exercise to create an enjoyable work atmosphere.

This is not specific to just fantasy football, as it can also be applied to fantasy baseball, fantasy hockey, and fantasy basketball as well. With all the great daily and weekly fantasy games available to play at Fantazzle, it only makes sense to encourage continued playing.

For more information, check out Fantazzle’s Thought Leadership section, and download the full white paper.
