Play Fantasy Baseball Playoff Games at Fantazzle!

Thursday, October 14th, 2010

Hey everyone,

As you probably already know, we launched our first ever Fantasy Baseball Playoff Games before the 2010 MLB playoffs began, giving our fantasy baseball community two fantasy baseball games to enjoy during the playoffs. With the MLB playoffs heading into the second round, now is the time to get back into the action with the second round of our Fantasy Baseball Playoff Challenge game!

Our Fantasy Baseball Championship Series Challenge game is now live, and will officially kick off tomorrow night (Friday) when the New York Yankees and Texas Rangers get the Championship Series started at 8 pm ET. All you have to do is pick the fantasy players who you think will perform the best out of the Phillies, Yankees, Giants and Rangers.  Our fantasy baseball playoff games operate with the same roster and scoring settings as our regular season games, with the only difference being that these last two games last for the entire round, and not just one day or week.

If for some reason you can’t take part for the second round, remember, we will have the Fantasy Baseball World Series Challenge game starting as soon as the ALCS and NLCS have come to a close! Get into the fantasy baseball action now and follow your favorite remaining players during the playoffs, while giving yourself a chance at winning some cash prizes!

Play Daily and Weekly Fantasy Hockey Games at Fantazzle

Monday, October 11th, 2010

Hey all,

Fantasy Hockey games will be starting today at 1:00 pm ET. We will be holding a daily Fantasy Hockey Challenge game and a weekly Fantasy Hockey Salary Cap game. We are currently offering a FREE weekly Fantasy Hockey Salary Cap game and have entry fees starting at just $5.

To play the Fantasy Hockey Salary Cap game, members must choose 2 Goalies (G), 3 Centers (C), 3 Wingers (W), and 2 Defensemen (D). Each player has an assigned salary and in order to win, fantasy users must fill their team while staying under the $1million salary cap, and of course, score the most points.

The Fantasy Hockey Challenge game is played with the same exact roster size as the salary cap game, however, there are no salaries involved. Simply pick the best players available in your opinion and beat the competition. All fantasy hockey games use the same scoring format, which can be found on our Fantasy Hockey Games page.

For you fantasy football fans in the Fantazzle community, we would like to remind all of you of our Ray Rice Fantasy Football Challenge game. Each week we give away nearly $100 in prizes and in Week 8 of the NFL season the prizes will be much greater! We would also like to give a shout out to Ray Rice, who finished yesterday’s game with 159 total yards and 2 touchdowns for a total of 27 fantasy points (3rd most of any player).

Remember, the Ray Rice Challenge game is completely FREE and we will be awarding the top-10 winners each week with entries into the GRAND PRIZE games in Week 8 or Week 16 (depending on when you qualify).

Good luck to all who play our fantasy games this week!

Super Bowl XLV

Dallas vs Baltimore: Baltimore

There it is folks; the Super Bowl XLV winner will be the Baltimore Ravens. Led by fantasy football superstar Ray Rice and quarterback Joe Flacco on offense, the Ravens are sure to have one of the most dynamic teams in all of football in 2010. With perennial All-Pro Safety Ed Reed coming back and supposedly healthy for the new season, Baltimore is primed and ready to have one of their best seasons in a few years.

The additions of Anquan Boldin and T.J. Houshmanzadeh should really help the Ravens’ offense this year and if they are able to find a rhythm this team could be really scary. They already have one of the best rushing attacks with the likes of Ray Rice, Willis McGahee, and Le’Ron McClain, and we all know about their ferocious defense lead by Ray Lewis. Look for the Ravens to dominate at times and be the team to beat in the AFC this year. Good luck in your 2010 fantasy football season!

What Does Ray Rice Bring to Fantazzle?

Thursday, June 17th, 2010

2010 NFL Pro Bowler and Baltimore Raven RB Ray Rice is the new official sponsor of Fantazzle. With football season just around the corner, look for exciting fantasy football game promotions featuring Ray Rice to appear.

This is not the first time that Fantazzle has teamed up with a NFL player. In 2009, Steve Smith of the New York Giants joined the Fantazzle team and offered special fantasy football promotional games. Weekly fantasy football games had winners receiving autographed prizes from Smith. We also gave away a Pro Bowl trip for two if Fantazzle members voted for Steve Smith to reach the Pro Bowl.

Expect many similar games this upcoming football season with Ray Rice. We will be offering weekly fantasy football games that will include Ray Rice autographed materials and cash prizes. Expect other Ray Rice related games throughout the season as well.

Rice is poised to improve on his 2009 fantasy numbers when he was one of the top backs in the NFL. With an improved offense, Rice is projected to be a top back in the league yet again. Be sure to draft him in your 2010 fantasy football league.

Follow Ray Rice and Fantazzle on Facebook and Twitter to get the latest, breaking news on Ray Rice and Fantazzle.
