Fantazzle’s White Paper Illustrates Commitment to Thought Leadership in the Fantasy Sports Industry

Thursday, December 16th, 2010

Hi everyone,

There has been a strong debate for some time now as to whether or not fantasy football is a distraction in the workplace. But is there really any validity behind the bias?

The emerging trend began in the early 2000′s and has really skyrocketed since that time. But to what extent have fantasy football games really affected productivity in the workplace or elsewhere? Has it been the foe that so many have made it out to be? Not so fast.

Through our committment to thought leadership in the fantasy sports industry, Fantazzle Fantasy Games has created a white paper that compiles all of the facts and figures that provide evidence against a common misconception that fantasy football has been a boon to the U.S. economy. The white paper details the net effects of fantasy sports, specifically fantasy football. After a thorough examination of reports from around the fantasy sports industry, Fantazzle has concluded that fantasy football has never been a drag in the workplace, but rather served as beneficial to the workplace atmosphere.

Not only does it build friendship, but it also provides for increased employee loyalty, and therefore can be used as a fun team-building exercise to create an enjoyable work atmosphere.

This is not specific to just fantasy football, as it can also be applied to fantasy baseball, fantasy hockey, and fantasy basketball as well. With all the great daily and weekly fantasy games available to play at Fantazzle, it only makes sense to encourage continued playing.

For more information, check out Fantazzle’s Thought Leadership section, and download the full white paper.

Hi everyone,

We are now nine weeks into the 2010 NBA season, so we thought we’d send out another reminder about our excellent fantasy basketball games. If you don’t like how your fantasy basketball team is shaping up so far, simply ditch your season league to play daily and weekly fantasy basketball games, and even take part in our special weekend fantasy basketball game!

It’s never too late to turn your fantasy basketball season around at Fantazzle, with daily and weekly opportunities to pick brand new rosters of any players you want, while also getting the chance to compete against fellow fantasy basketball fans for cash prizes!

Our Daily Fantasy Basketball Challenge game allows you to pick whoever you want, while our Weekly Fantasy Basketball Salary Cap game has you pick your fantasy roster, while remaining under a fantasy budget of $1 million. You can also take our fantasy salary cap game one step further with the weekend Mini SuperStakes Fantasy Basketball game, which runs from Friday to Sunday, and gives you a chance at winning cash out of a large prize pool!

Fantasy Football Playoffs COMING SOON!

Your 2010 fantasy football season doesn’t have to end. In addition to weekly fantasy football running through the course of the regular season, Fantazzle will be offering two new fantasy football playoff games that will be played during the 2010 NFL Playoffs.

With almost all fantasy leagues done before the regular season is even over, Fantazzle takes you to Week 17 with our weekly fantasy football games, and then keeps the magic of the fantasy football season alive, all the way to the Super Bowl!

Our Fantasy Football Playoff Challenge game will run for the entire length of the 2010 NFL Playoffs, as fantasy owners will have to pick the best lineup that can both produce points, and last as long as possible in the playoffs. Pick any 2 QB, 3 RB, 3 WR, and 2 TE to complete your fantasy roster once the playoff schedule is set, and sit back as your team accumulates points throughout the NFL Playoffs.

The Fantasy Football Playoff Salary Cap game will take the form of our usual regular season Weekly Fantasy Football Salary Cap game, only it will be offered in every single round of the playoffs. Simply pick the best possible lineup while remaining under a fantasy salary cap of $1 million, and test your fantasy skills each week against other fantasy players. If you don’t succeed during the Wild Card round, simply start over in the Divisional, Championship, and/or Super Bowl rounds! With Fantazzle, fantasy football doesn’t officially end until the 2010 NFL season has seen it’s last snap!

Good luck to all who play games this week!

Metrodome Roof Collapses, Vikings/Giants Game Post-Poned

Sunday, December 12th, 2010

Hey all,

With most fantasy owners gearing up for the fantasy football playoffs in their fantasy league or even testing their skills in our SuperStakes Sundays Fantasy Football Playoff game, we wanted to extend a bit of news we caught.

According to reports, the Minnesota Vikings stadium’s roof has collapsed due to the weight of snow, and the game that was previously scheduled for Sunday (today), will now be played on Monday at the earliest. The reason we’re posting this news on our blog is because there is still no official word or guarantee that this game is played on Monday or at all in Week 14.

If you own Minnesota Vikings or New York Giants players, this is a reminder about the situation, and a suggestion that you should follow it closely and obtain all the information you can. Whether you’re playing our fantasy football games or fighting your opponent’s in your own fantasy football league, we still would hate to see anyone lose a fantasy playoff game because some of their players weren’t available for their lineups.

If this game gets post-poned for Week 15 or beyond, most fantasy football leagues won’t award you the stats for the previous week. We’re not saying what will happen one way or the other, just merely making anyone who reads today’s blog aware of the possibility that starting a Vikings or Giants player could end badly this week.

In addition to this lineup warning, we’d like to remind you once again about our SuperStakes Sundays Fantasy Football Playoff game, which is a fantasy football salary cap game that runs from Week 14-16, and can be played for $11 or $100.

Get into the action today and compete for huge cash prizes in the fantasy football playoffs!

Thursday, December 2nd, 2010

Hey everyone,

With the breaking news that Atlanta Hawks star guard-forward Joe Johnson will likely miss 4-6 weeks with an elbow injury, we thought we’d take a second to get this news to you, and also remind you about all of our excellent fantasy basketball games.

Remember, here at Fantazzle, player injuries have no impact on you. If they’re hurt, simply don’t select them on your fantasy roster! We realize that significant injuries in season long fantasy basketball can crush your fantasy team, which is why we actually are making this post for three reasons:

To remind you to update your Season Long fantasy basketball lineup if you’re in a season league at Fantazzle, to inform you of the injury to Joe Johnson, and to let you know that if Johnson’s (or another player’s) injury hurts your team, you can always start your fantasy basketball season over at Fantazzle!

With daily, weekly, and even a special weekend Mini SuperStakes game, Fantazzle delivers an elite lineup of fantasy basketball games for our fantasy community. Don’t let injuries to big-name players ruin your fantasy season, no matter the sport!

The Mini SuperStakes fantasy basketball game gives you a high stakes fantasy basketball atmosphere, with only a $11 entry fee. Pay just $11 and compete against other fantasy basketball fans for huge cash prizes!

To Play Mini SuperStakes Fantasy Basketball, simply select 2 C, 3 G, 3 F, and 2 Util to complete your roster, while remaining under the fantasy salary cap of $1 million. It’s just like our regular fantasy basketball salary cap games, but with an excellent cash prize pool for a cheap entry fee!

Good luck to all who play fantasy basketball games this week!
