Fantasy Baseball Injury Update and Week Ahead at Fantazzle

Monday, July 25th, 2011

Hey all,

With the new week comes new life to win some cash playing weekly fantasy baseball games. This week it all gets started with Fantazzle’s Game of Gurus and weekly fantasy baseball salary cap games. Compete against Lester’s Legends in the Game of Gurus for some huge bonus prizes and guaranteed cash. Once you submit your lineup for that check out the free and entry fee games for the weekly fantasy baseball salary cap.

If that’s not enough, we also have the daily fantasy baseball salary cap game starting today at 7:05PM ET!

Remember, Fantazzle offers daily fantasy baseball games including challenge, salary cap and pick’em formats, every day there are at least three games scheduled AND late games only fantasy baseball games when there are at least three games scheduled later in the day.

Also on the schedule this week are fantasy golf games (Thursday ) and fantasy racing games (Sunday). Both the fantasy golf and fantasy racing games are available in all three of our usual formats — Salary Cap, Challenge and Pick’em — now!

Check out These Fantasy Baseball Injury Updates Before Submitting Your Lineups!

by David Lawson

OF, Vladimir Guerrero/Baltimore Orioles could be activated from the DL by Tuesday’s series opener at Toronto. Guerrero has been out of action since the All-Star break after being hit by a pitch on his right hand. Guerrero has already played a rehab game for Class-AA Bowie on Sunday, so he looks like a full-go here in week 17 of fantasy baseball.

OF, Carlos Gonzalez/Colorado Rockies was placed on the 15-day DL Friday after he fouled off a pitch in a game this past Thursday. He was holding his wrist in obvious pain and was forced to leave the game. They’re calling his injury “strained and inflamed ligaments,” which just requires rest for the most part. Hopefully this two week rest period for Cargo will be all his owners need for him to make a healthy comeback with fantasy baseball playoffs looming.

3B, Adrian Beltre/Texas Rangers has a grade 1 strain of the hamstring and will miss the next two to three weeks. This is the first time Adrian Beltre has been ruled out for that much time, so he has turned in a relatively healthy year for his owners. This rest period for Beltre could even be a good thing as he will come back on fresh legs, rested and ready to have a strong finish to the year.

Good luck to all this week in your fantasy sports ventures!

Fantasy Baseball Games in Full Swing at Fantazzle

Friday, April 1st, 2011

Good afternoon, everyone!

We have a seriously exciting weekend that promises to deliver all of the action that fantasy fanatics crave, so let’s dive right into it and get started.
Baseball Season is Back!

With Opening Day in the books and those MLB teams that didn’t play on the season’s inaugural day getting underway today, fantasy baseball is official in full gear. Our fantasy baseball salary cap game set to kick off on Saturday, and we’ve added an extra $100 for owners to enjoy the action to the fullest. The prize pool increases with every single entry, so keep those entries coming–this game is specially designed for our players to receive large cash prizes!

Don’t forget that we also have our salary cap fantasy baseball game that has those teams playing tonight in mind. All games that the first pitch is at 7:05 (or later) are eligible, so the action truly never stops during baseball’s opening week!

Fantasy Basketball Season Still Going Strong

With just a couple of weeks left in the regular season for the NBA, it’s time to cash in on the fantasy basketball action! We have our daily fantasy basketball challenge as well as our Friday night Fantasy Basketball Free Roll game on tap, and neither one are games that you want to miss. With the chance to really clean up in cash prizes, there’s no reason for you to be left sitting on the sidelines when the action tips off at center court.

Most importantly, there’s still plenty of time to sign up for the unlimited fantasy basketball salary cap game that is set to begin on Sunday at 6 PM EST. It is an unlimited field and the prize moves up with every entry so make sure you get your team into the action.

Put the Pedal to the Medal with our Fantasy Racing Games

The NASCAR season is still young and there is a lot of time for players to lap the competition with their performance in our fantasy racing games. Our monthly fantasy racing challenge is easy: just pick the five drivers that you think will score the most fantasy points during that stretch of time. The best part? You can re-select your drivers each week, so you’re not stuck with the same schlub in the slow lane for an entire month!

We also have our weekly fantasy racing game that will feature the Goody’s 500 @ Ridgeway this week, as well as our fantasy racing pick ‘em game where all you have to do is pick the racer that you think will score the most fantasy points!
And if that doesn’t work for you, this certainly will: our fantasy racing salary cap game that allows players to assemble the best team of drivers possible.

As you can see, we’re bringing in the fantasy baseball season by offering a variety of games across every sport and it’s time to take full advantage of what is available at Fantazzle!

Have a great weekend,
