The Super Bowl talk is in full effect as the Giants and Patriots are awaiting their Super Sunday destinies. Rob Gronkowski sounds as if nothing will stop him from playing and the Giant’s defense seems like they won’t be letting Tom Brady or the rest of the Patriot’s offense get in their way.

For the big day Fantazzle will be offering both free and pay-to-play fantasy football games that will be awarding huge cash prizes to the winners. The Super Bowl Fantasy Football games will be starting at two different times to help our members enjoy the game in every way possible. First, we will be offering a fantasy football pick’em game starting at 1PM ET where we will use the Toronto at Miami NBA game scheduled this Sunday to mix in some interesting fantasy pick’em matchups.

And just in case you wake up late or just cant get enough action there will be another fantasy football game starting with the kickoff of the Super Bowl at 6:30PM ET. This game will use the Super Bowl game and Monday’s Los Angeles at Philadelphia NBA game to create a full fantasy sports game experience.

Thank you for an excellent fantasy football season,

What up What up Fantasy Nation,

It’s playoff time, meaning there is even less room for error than normal. Whether you are active in Fantazzle’s weekly fantasy football games or have a league of your own, here are a list of names to bench during week 14′s action. I have also listed the backup plan, undervalued options that will prove more valuable.

I don’t care how stubborn you are, it’s time to recognize the 49ers as an elite run defense. For that reason, and the inconsistencies of the Cardinals offense, I am benching Beanie Wells in all formats this week. Instead, look to Redskin Roy Helu to fill in as a productive option. Washington will want to control the clock in an effort to keep Brady and Co. off the field. That makes Helu a good bet for 20 touches, and a productive afternoon.

Tebow wins real games, not fantasy ones. I am not considering any of his Bronco receivers this weekend against Da Bears. It’ll be a time of possession game with limited potential for any and all offensive weapons. Take a risk on injury prone Malcolm Floyd, as he seemed very healthy Monday night (4 catches 108 yards and a 52 yard score). The Chargers can throw the ball, and Rivers trusts a healthy Floyd as much as anyone.

Mark Sanchez, while his stats have been there occasionally, is not playing the QB position well enough to sell me on consistent production. Matt Hasselbeck, however, is a QB that tends to limit mistakes. The Saints will load the box to stop CJ2K from dominating, leaving Hasselbeck with match ups to exploit down the field.

I realize that the Bengals offensive has been a surprise to fantasy owners this year, but I don’t encourage starting their young TE this week. Jermaine Gresham faces a stingy Texans defense, and will be held in check. Sunday Night Football offers up a divisional showdown, and is home for an underrated TE that will outproduce Gresham. Jake Ballard will serve as an extended version of the running game, and prove crucial in the Giants attack against Dallas.

As a little bonus, I’ve got the best value play and the most overpriced option for this week in weekly salary cap fantasy football games. Thanks to FantasyWorldOrder.net, there is a free week of action at Fantazzle, so make sure to take advantage of it.

Carson Palmer travels to Lambeau Field to play the undefeated Packers. Green Bay doesn’t exactly win games on the defensive side of the ball (ask Eli Manning owners last week) and Oakland is likely to be playing from behind. He will certainly perform as a top 10 QB this week, and his price tag doesn’t do him justice.

On the flip side, I am not spending a dime on Dwayne Bowe this week. The QB situation in KC is a mess, not to mention they travel to play an elite pass defense in the Jets. Pass on Bowe this week as there are a handful of options that will cost less but produce more.

Greeting all weekly fantasy football die hards, and welcome to lucky week 13. If you’re facing tough decisions this week, and you’d like specific advise, tweet me at unSOPable23. Here’s a quick preview of three players I’m benching or not spending my valuable money in a weekly salary cap fantasy football games, and who are the typically inferior options in which I prefer.

Peyton Hillis is back in the Browns backfield and led the team in carries last week. But with an awful offense around him, and a hungry Ravens D coming to town, Hillis shouldn’t be reinserted into your good graces quite yet. Instead, look to the Lions Maurice Morris, who will start in place of an injured Kevin Smith. Detroit figures to feature their struggling running game in an effort to keep Drew Brees on the sidelines. I’m penciling MM in for at least 85 total yards.

The Houston Texans are expected to falter, but it won’t because of their stout defense and elite running attack. With the Texans looking to run the ball every down, expect a down weak from Matt Ryan. The Falcons time of possession will be low, and he won’t have enough opportunities to outperform somebody like Carson Palmer this week. Palmer has been rock solid of late for the Raiders, and the Dolphins (while hot) are not good defensively. Oakland’s running game is a load, and Miami will be forced to cover the speedy Raiders one on one.

Things have gone downhill for the Chiefs fast, and it’ll continue this week for their lone fantasy relevant player: Dwayne Bowe. The Bears are a top notch defensive unit, and with Tyler Palko behind center, the Bears secondary may touch the ball more than Bowe. Eric Decker (yes, that Eric Decker, the one who plays with Tebow) is the better option despite playing in a run first offense. He is Tebow’s go to man, and the Vikings actually stuff the run reasonably well. Denver doesn’t win this game with 55 rushes, and odds are that most of the air attack is filtered through Decker.

As the college football season winds down, the games hold more importance, as conference championships are on the line. Here are two players that will rock this week college fantasy football games, and carry their owners.

David Wilson (RB for Virgina Tech) – Has managed at least 132 rush yards in every road game this season, and records 20+ carries in 75% of contests. He will get plenty of chances against a Clemson defense that surrenders 27.5 points per game.

Austin Davis (QB for Southern Miss) – Will be in a shoot out with Case Keenum, and has the talent to surprise. He’s thrown for 3,052 yards and 2.4 touchdowns for every INT. Davis has accounted for at least three scores in six of his teams last nine games, and he figures to make that sever out of ten on Saturday.

Good luck to all this week in the fantasy festivities.

Fantazzle Kyle

Hi all,

Fantazzle’s Guaranteed Cash Fantasy Football Tournaments Awarded Huge Prizes in Week 10

As you may have seen, last weekend Fantazzle had some pretty big prizes in their college and pro fantasy football games. This is largely in part to our fantazztic community joining these games multiple times and increasing the already large guaranteed cash prizes.

One of our biggest winners of the week took home several hundred dollars in our $35 Fantasy Football Salary Cap game that is guaranteeing another large pot this week. We have several tournaments in week 11 that are offering ridiculous values, so we recommend you enter as soon as you are done reading this sentence.

College Fantasy Football Tournaments are also awarding some huge cash prizes. Remember, college football games start Saturday at 12pm ET and run throughout the ENTIRE DAY!

–>Play College Fantasy Football For Cash <–

On one final note, we want to let everyone know that Fantazzle’s Turkey Day Fantasy Football Games will be returning this season and will have some special games associated with the day of giving thanks.

Stay tuned and have a great weekend!

Every week you face tough decisions in your lineup. Here are some suggestions for which players to sit and what players you can replace them with. Weekly fantasy football participants want the best value for their players, and this list will help guide you.

Quarterback: Jay Cutler takes on the Lions, who had him running for his life last meeting. While he played well (249 yards and a TD), success when running for your life isn’t consistent. Replace Cutler with Matt Cassell, who faces the Broncos. Denver gives up the second most points to opposing QB’s and doesn’t apply a ton of pressure.

Running Back: Cedric Benson seems to always produce just enough to justify starting him, but not this week against a Steelers defense that will bounce back off of last weeks loss to the Ravens. Instead, lean on Chris Ogbonnaya of Cleveland. He disappointed last week, but injuries have forced him to carry the load, and the Rams surrender the second most fantasy points to RB’s.

Enter Now –> Free Weekly College Fantasy Football Games for Cash Prizes <– Enter Now

Wide Receiver: Sidney Rice is the Seahawks top threat and figures to be the target of the Ravens defense. Rice doesn’t have a reliable second option playing beside him and the QB play has been erratic in Seattle. A better option is Laurent Robinson, who has an increasing workload due to the Miles Austin injury. Dez Bryant will be the focus with Robinson benefiting from single coverage.

Tight End: The Houston Texans rank third in the NFL in stopping opposing TE’s, making Kellen Winslow a weak option. I prefer Brent Celek this week as the Eagles TE has 14 catches the past two weeks and is becoming more involved.

As far as college football is concerned this week, here are three players to keep an eye on for College Fantasy Football Salary Cap games. They aren’t household names, but that doesn’t mean that can’t help your fantasy squad.

Blaine Gautier (Louisiana-Lafayette QB) – He is tenth in the nation in passing efficiency (159.3 rating) and boasts a 17 to 2 touchdown to interception ratio. In a huge game in the Sun Belt conference, I expect Gautier to light up Arkansas State.

Henry Josey (Missouri RB) – The sophomore leads the country in yards per rush (8.6) and is even better than that coming off of a loss. Josey averages 16 carries for 152 yards and 1.5 TD’s when his Tigers lost the previous week.

Kenny Stills (Oklahoma WR) – Already a solid option (41 catches for 610 yards and 8 scores), Stills will be the Sooners top target after the loss of Ryan Broyles to a torn ACL. Oklahoma squares off against Baylor this weekend, a team that allows 36.8 points per game.

Greetings everyone,

Week 9 in the NFL was a very exciting one. Weekly fantasy football managers got to enjoy the shootout between Green Bay and San Diego. Philip Rivers had easily his best game of the season with 385 yards and 4 touchdown passes. His score of 30 would have been higher if it weren’t for his 3 picks! Vincent Jackson had a huge day as well with 7 catches for 145 yards and 3 TD’s. Whoever had that QB/receiver combo on their fantasy team this week must have surely won their game.

Aaron Rodgers had a monstrous day too, throwing 4 touchdowns on 247 yards. Julio Jones finally broke through and caught the first touchdown passes of his young career. He finished the day with 3 catches for 131 yards and 2 scores. Arian Foster, Mike Tolbert, Michael Bush and Reggie Bush also had big Sundays with over 20 Fantazzle points each.

Kevin Faulk had a solid showing in week 8, and was supposed to play in week 9, but was ruled inactive just before kick off. In a time where bye weeks are still with us, Faulk could have been a nice fill-in play. Hakeem Nicks missed game action this week with a hamstring injury. It sounds as if he should be able to play in week 10. Malcom Floyd missed his game against the Packers with an ailing hip. Too bad though, he could have been a part of that shootout, but instead all the numbers went to Vincent Jackson and Antonio Gates.

Joseph Addai was active for his game against the Falcons, but didn’t record a single carry or catch. Addai is dealing with a hamstring issue himself. I wouldn’t recommend him for any weekly salary cap fantasy football games even when healthy at this point. Ahmad Bradshaw was ruled out for week 9′s game against New England as he deals with a broken bone in his foot. It won’t require surgery, yet, but is the kind of nagging injury that can limit his production for the rest of the season. Brandon Jacobs shouldered the load with 18 carries, 72 yards, a touchdown and even added 4 catches for 28 yards.

Here are three pros and three preps who figure to outperform their current price tag.Remember, the Fantasy Football Freeroll presented by Scorebig.com is now available to enter for free and is awarding over $200 in prizes!

NFL

Shonn Greene – The Jets commitment to the ground game (63 carries for Greene in his last three games) will pay big dividends in Buffalo this week. The Jets have a chance to win this game if they control the clock, so expect another 20+ carries from Greene. With The Bills rank in the bottom half of the NFL in running points against, making Greene my sixth ranked RB for week nine.

Michael Bush – With Darren McFadden (foot) out of action this week, Bush finds himself in my top 10 RB’s. A very strong back in the red zone will get the bulk of the carries for a team with question marks in the passing game. The Raiders figure to dominate, and thus rely on Bush to take the air out of the football.

Julio Jones – His return from a hamstring injury couldn’t come at a better time, it’s Colts week for the Falcons. Jones is far too athletic for the Colts secondary, and should see single coverage as the Colts focus on Roddy White and Tony Gonzalez.

NCAA – College Fantasy Football Salary Cap games

Zach Line – The junior RB for the Southern Methodist Mustangs is matched up a Tulane defense that surrenders 35 points per game. Line is sixth in division one with 14 rushing TD’s and averages 6 yards per carry.

Stephen Hill – The nation’s leader in yards per catch (30.4) is a great bet when filling out your roster. One of every five catches for Hill winds up in six points, so he needs very few targets to make noise.

Nick Foles – Senior QB’s at home are always favorable, especially when that QB throws more than all but one division one QB. His Wildcats battle a Utah team that was gashed by a much less efficient pass game in Brock Osweiler and the Arizona State Sun Devils.

Greetings Fantazzle Community,

Today we have for you a couple quick looks at the past week and a quick review of the week ahead for college football. Remember, the Fantasy Football Freeroll presented by Scorebig.com is now available to enter for free and is awarding over $200 in prizes!

NFL Week 8 – Here is a quick look at what went right and what went wrong this week in the fantasy world.

Ray Rice led a late surge as his Ravens prevailed over the Cardinals. His 99 total yards aren’t special, but his three touchdowns should make fantasy owners giddy, as they all came from one yard out, adding yet another dimension to his game.

Brent Celek was targeted nine times against the Cowboys; a second straight week in which Mike Vick looked his way on a consistent basis. He caught seven of those passes for 94 yards, including a nice TD in the back of the end zone.

Antonio Brown had a field day against a weak Patriots secondary. He caught a team high nine passes for 67 yards and a TD. The numbers aren’t eye popping, but dig a little deeper to find the most telling statistic. Brown was targeted 15 times on Sunday, giving him 63 targets on the year (compared to Mike Wallace’s 57).

Chris Johnson disappointed fantasy owners for the third consecutive week. The big difference this week was the opponent. The harmless Colts (surrendering the second most fantasy points to opposing RB’s) allowed only 34 yards on Johnson’s 14 carries, the fifth time in seven games in which Johnson has failed to average more than 2.7 yards per carry.

DeSean Jackson caught only three balls (on six targets) for 31 yards and has proven to be the Adam Dunn of the NFL. Jeremy Maclin is the consistent producer on the Eagles, and Jackson is the one who can win/lose you weeks.

Dez Bryant visited Nnamdi Asomugha Island on Sunday night and was held to just 28 yards on three catches. The most valuable Cowboy receiver will be whoever is declared the team’s second option by their opponent.

NCAAF – The week ahead is a huge one for the landscape of college football. Here’s a quick look at three games involving nationally ranked teams on both sidelines. My picks are in italics.

9 South Carolina @ 7 Arkansas

The Gamecocks surrender 17.1 points per game, which doesn’t sound bad at all, but when you include the fact that they have scored 24 or less points in five of their eight games, it becomes a fine line between winning and losing. They tend to excel in ugly games, where they simply outlast inferior teams, but Arkansas doesn’t fit that description. They are 4-0 in games decided by 10 points or less, and have a QB in Tyler Wilson who they trust to win them the game. Arkansas averages only 131.8 rushing yards per game, 83rd in the country, which could be dangerous should South Carolina find a way to slow down the ninth most effective passing game in college football.

1 LSU @ 2 Alabama

When the top two teams in the nation meet up on Saturday, it will be the 46th such occurrence. The nation’s top ranked team has dominated ranked teams by a combined score of 103-35 in three games. The Tigers rank third in the country in points allowed per game (11.5). Hard to imagine, but the Crimson Tide are better, and only surrender less than a TD per game (6.9 points). When the defense isn’t scoring points, the physical Trent Richardson is their focal point. The first team to 20 points should win this colossal game, and take over the #1 spot in the next BCS poll.

Good luck all and enjoy the games!
